Emerald of rich green color at its best quality. The gemstones were grown from natural beryl in a laboratory using the hydrothermal method and therefore does not have any difference from the best emeralds mined in nature, - in matters of color, structure, chemical formula, refraction index, specific gravity, hardness etc. It does have a difference in price. Since such a perfect emeralds in the nature are very rare ( while in the lab we receive them in commercial amounts ) - the price of such a quality naturally mined emerald would reach at least 5000 USD per carat, while we sell our gemstones at around 70 USD per carat only!
This particular deep color is characteristic of emeralds mined in Zambia, which is why the color is usually called Zambian. The color of the stone is deep and the emerald amazes you with its play of light and its ability to attract the gaze of those looking at it.
